Description

The pen has the SIEMANS Electrical Parts Bar logo with some wear on the barrel. There is a nick near the tip and there are some scratches with a ding. It is used but, it does extend and retract when the barrel is rotated. It is stiff and you have to grasp in firmly to turn it. This is common with Cross pens that have had little use recently or laid dormant for awhile. Please study photos they are part of the description and we will try to show all imperfections.
