Inner diameter 12mm Outer diameter 28mm Depth 8mm QUANTITY 2 (a set/pair for one motor) These bearings are for the electric motor in your washing machine, washer dryer or tumble dryer. There are 2 bearing sizes depending upon what brand of motor was fitted on the production line, 28mm diameter (this listing) and larger 32mm. We can supply either at the same price but this listing is for 2 of the 28mm outer diameter bearings. The 32mm bearing is available as a pair HERE . This bearing is 32mm OUTER DIAMETER for the electric motor in your washing machine, washer dryer or tumble dryer. A seized or worn bearing is often all that is wrong with your motor if your machine repeatedly causes a trip in your control panel, or if the synchronising magnet (on the inner end of the motor shaft) slips (causing your machine to jump about as if it was alive. This can be caused by the heat in the bearing melting the magnet mounting causing it to slip on its holding screw. Rather than spend over £100 on a new motor, it's possible to replace the bearing/s and a LOT easier than replacing the bearing on your drum, a task that some DIYers do by themselves!! These bearings are for the electric motor in your washing machine / washer dryer / tumble dryer. As they tend not to get corroded like your drum bearings, it is unlikely that both bearings will be gone but no harm replacing them both if you're taking the motor out anyway. We do sell them separately in a different listing HERE if you only need one (no harm in keeping one for spare though?). They are not particularly easy to fit, you may have to grind the old bearing sleeve off as it's difficult to find small enough pullers to do the job. One has to take great care not to damage the shaft, we recommend you do the last 0.25mm with a hand file. It is difficult to keep the model list up to date on the listing as the manufacturers keep on releasing new models. motors, these bearings fit: Most type 358 Indesit Group Motors but there are 2 bearing sizes, 32mm diameter and 28. We can supply either at the same price but this listing is for the 28mm outer diameter bearing. There are 2 different motors (see photos) on these machines above. If in doubt, check the diameters of the MOTOR shaft and the bearing outer casing / shell, if the dimensions are 12mm, and 28mm respectively, these are the correct bearings for you. If the dimensions are 12mm and 32mm respectively, then buy your bearings from HERE . If they're not the correct ones for your machine, normally, we send the other (32mm) bearings immediately along with an SAE for you to pop the wrong ones in the post back to us.
